“Super quick delivery. Shakes are pretty awesome and contain all the good superfoods without having to source them separately. Personally I don't take the shake for weight management. But for the benefits from the host of ingredients that it's made up off.”

“I've been taking the shakes , 1 for breakfast and one for lunch then a health meal in the evening , if I need a snack I have had a satsuma ..... I fine the shakes palatable my fav is banana and peanut butter with a scoop of nutri seed..... dry easy to make . To early for weight loss but I feel less bloated .”
