“I have been using this for breakfast shakes with some banana & a few frozen blueberries or whatever else I have. It is a nice subtle chocolate nutty taste which is lovely. I feel much better when I have a shake as opposed to my occasional toast fix. It's also less calories so all great.”

“I have only used this for about 4 days, but I have to say it has kept me full for a long time & has a subtle chocolaty/nutty taste which is nice. Its nice for breakfast so far with some banana & blueberries. I'm nicing it up with either water, almond milk or today a bit of natural yoghurt. I also feel pretty good inside.”

“I’ve been using Nutriseed Superfoods for the last year. I personally make mine into a smoothie with banana and frozen berries, peanut butter and oatmilk. I find this keeps me full for a long time, meaning I eat one less meal a day to control my weight. I even take it on holiday with me !”
