“I had my first shake this morning it arrived last night. So far 6.30 had my shake and it is 9.10am and still feel like I have just eaten, i was worried I wouldn't like it but I really did so will be having every morning now or maybe swap for a lunch when I don't have time. Plus I am severely allergic to hemp and it was kindly packed without it so I could still get the benefit from everything else”
