“My family and I have been using Total Superfoods for 4 years and it has become one of our staple foods to go to either as a quick nutritious breakfast with frozen blueberries and a banana or just as it is which still tastes amazing ! It’s great hot or cold we sometimes have it as an alternative to hot chocolate with coconut milk or plain water depending on our mood, and as a meal substitute it works very well, it fills the gap between meals and great if you want to loose weight. I would thoroughly recommend this product go for it it’s great”
