“I have total superfoods every morning for breakfast, and if I skip it for any reason I find I’m still hungry by the time I go to bed. In other words, the nutrients in this little packet satisfy me and help meet my daily nutritional needs. I mix it with a desert spoon of berries, a quarter of a small banana and whizz it altogether with almond milk. Delicious!”
