“Tastes great but sadly dosn't even touch the sides in terms of filling me up! However I have one every morning with my breakfast as I want the health benefits of the ingredients. Its only been a week so far and I've not really noticed a difference. But I will continue!”

“Total Superfoods are a very important part of my daily diet. Having used them now for nearly two years and having had the opportunity of comparing times, such as holidays abroad, when I was unable to include them on a daily basis, I know that without them my general wellbeing is somehow not as good. They also make a delicious shake that is pleasant to take.”

“I had been thinking about getting this product for months, life has been busy but lockdown has given me a bit more time to focus on me. I have the shake for breakfast with skimmed milk, frozen berries, half a banana and a dash of raw honey. It tastes amazing and one week in I haven’t felt the need to snack at all until lunch time. I weighed myself this morning and after a week of this, some short 7 minute workouts and 2 x 2 mile dog walks a day (which have to be done anyway so nothing extra) I am delighted to be 3 pounds lighter! It has really motivated me to keep going and I look forward to feeling better, being healthier and more energised.”

“Love the taste of Total Superfoods when added to my daily shakes. However, did say it would contain a scoop for measuring purposes, but it did’nt!!! So, unfortunately, I’ve had to guess. Could be very hit and miss.”
