“I have only been using this for the past few days.I initial just mixed it with semi skimmed milk but didn’t like the taste however when I read the label properly and it suggested adding banana I found it much more palatable as it added sweetness.I am going to experiment next with some frozen berries”

“I have only been using the product for 4 days having a shake every morning,it’s very easy to use and tastes nice. Some people are reporting they’ve lost weight after 3 days l haven’t lost anything yet but it’s early days”
