“I have only been using about a week or so, so far having a shake for breakfast each day, usually just with skimmed milk, sometimes adding half a banana, either way I love the shakes they’re delish! Not seen any weight loss as of yet but plan to replace more daily meals and possibly 2 fasting days per week when I will drink just the shakes. At only 40 cals per serving I expect to see some weight loss soon.”

“I started nutriseed a week ago & lost 3lb & 8inch from my waist well happy with that I have 1 smoothie for breakfast & 1 for lunch & a healthy tea & I drink loads of water will definitely buy more I've tried lots of diets before & can never lose more than 1lb & never lost inches from waist just wish they done a vanilla flavour”

“ordering and website was nice &easy except annoying pop up offers when trying to pay . Delivery was on time despite covid19 ,Im struggling abit with this due to palatability the taste needs drastically improving therefore can only manage 1 smoothie every couple of days as have to bring myself to having one. ive tried it in various fruit combos and it just kills the taste every time and has a gritty texture . But as its packed with healthy essential goodness im continuing . As for weight loss im sure it will help somehow but as yet not a bean off despite my healthy eating and excercise now the gym has re opend but im ever the optomist .”

“Received my superfood shake very quickly (so excited ). It was well packaged The shakes are delicious there is no end to what you can do with them. They are extremely filling and so tasty, quick to make with no fuss. I also feel great with lots of energy. Highly recommend this product. You also get a lot of support to help you on your journey to weight loss/management and health.”

“I realise this isn’t a fair review but need to tell you. I didn’t purchase this to lose weight but to supplement my diet as I had been unwell and losing weight which I didn’t need to do. I was unable to use Complan as I am dairy intolerant. I found your shake very, very sweet difficult to drink, made me nauseas and gave me a migraine. Sorry.”
