“Before taking the turmeric capsules, I had a constant cough . I read somewhere that the warming benefits of the turmeric would help suppress it. I started taking 2 twice a day since November 2025 …. I can honestly say that I have been amazed at what a noticeable difference this has made . I hardly cough at all now , work colleagues, family have noticed too .
