“Some might say buying 2kilos of organic sunflower seeds is a bit crazy... But we do it anyway! Love that they're organic (as fats store toxins so it's best to avoid sprayed) - this is really important to us. We have them in our morning smoothies as a great source of Zinc and other minerals. Including these sunflower seeds as part of a high fat morning smoothie sets us up for a good day. Mind feels clearer and faster. Plus we don't even think about snacking before lunch! We'll be buying again!”
