“This arrived yesterday, I had some in a smoothie the first morning, it was easy to blend and the taste wasnt too bad. Second time I cooked it in with my vegetarian chilli - it was okay despite turning the sauce black so it looked like tar! Trying desperately to get more iron from my gluten free, vegetarian diet and honestly, this could be the answer!! Fingers crossed I will start to feel better and have more energy from now!”
