“LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff! For the last 5 years I have had problems with my gut / IBS / constipation trying all sorts of avenues to make it better. I always felt tired, sluggish, swollen and my joints / muscles ached. The past 2 months I have started taking Spirulina in a simple smoothie in the mornings along with following a predominantly vegan and gluten free diet for most of the week. My body is able to absorb nutrients much better and and have regular bowel movements. I have lost weight, have more energy and don't feel swollen anymore. The diet has helped of course but I really feel that the Spirulina has been the icing on the cake in the results being so positive”
