“I do find I feel better after this for breakfast. Very filling and lasts me until next meal so don’t feel like snacking. I also have found I have more energy.”

“I am in love with this porridge so much so that I have to weigh out my portion size or I would eat too much! I have it with a handful of blueberries on top and with the goji and cranberries in it it is delicious and keeps me full from 7am til 1pm with no urges to snack mid morning at all.”
