“I made this last night - it smelled delicious as it was baking. The appearance left a little to be desired but it tastes yummy! I was delighted to see there was no rise in my blood sugar level after 2 slices. I love it! Another (extremely easy) treat to add to my low carb recipes”

“Just made this. It didn’t look promising but tasted delicious topped with bacon and egg for my Banting breakfast. Didn’t have any grease proof paper but it came out of the tin fine.”
