“I have been using these for several Years now as I have a low iron count . I’m a regular blood donor but was finding that any other suggestions ( iron tablets /water etc ) just wasn’t working . After a bit of research I came across these , and haven’t looked back , iron levels are up and it’s just a part of my routine to take them every day !”
