“This is great soaked overnight with water then in the morning add a dash of oat milk, vanilla essence and some berries top with yogurt and honey - so simple and delicious. It's so much better for you than having porridge. It also adds more variety to your diet if you're stuck in the rut of having porridge EVERYDAY too.”
