“With regards to my situation I can only say how pleased I am with the product. Without going into detail I and my family have all suffered from constipation. I have tried every over the counter remedy which has not been a pleasant experience. This product is a gentle and natural way that has helped my problem emensely. I would thoroughly recommend the product to fellow sufferers. It also has the added advantage (in my case) of keeping me fuller for longer so I find myself eating less. Rather an odd taste/texture but have a drink of something nice straight afterwards - believe me it is well worth it.”

“I add the Whole Organic Psyllium Husks to my morning breakfast bowl & some times to an evening bean dish to add extra fibre. Psyllium works similar to inulin which was highlighted on TV recently in aiding the loss of dangerous visceral fat.”
