“The powdered husk is good however the nutritional label is confusing: 1) How can there be 89g Fibre/100g and 47g/25g? 2) How do you calculate the declared Energy levels? Taking carbohydrate and protein at 4 kcals/g and at 9 kcals/g your figure of 189 kcals/100g needs serious explanation. 3) Ibelieve you should not count any calories from the fibre content as this is not absorbed but remains in the gut.”
