“These are defiantly value for money. “The reason Chia seeds are so beneficial is due to them being rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals . Make sure You drink plenty of water when taking Chia seeds, or put 2-4 tsps in Your morning shake.”
