“Only had this 2 days so can’t really tell yet if it’s working. Porridge acceptable and filling, keeps me going till well after lunch, but I can’t see it lasting 30 days. 5 tablespoons per day there is no way it will last that long. But will see how long it does last. The shake is good too. Will purchase other items from Nutraseed”

“I love love love this!! The porridge is incredible I mix mine with coconut milk. I only take two tablets daily and have the nutriseed superfood blend for lunch and low calorie meals for dinner everything tastes incredible. And I have now purchased the green blend and can’t wait to receive it!!”
