“Love Maca powder. I used it mixed in yogurt, in hot chocolate or in smoothies. Genuinely feel it helps to balance out my hormones. Does have a particular taste, that I personally really like, however I would recommend only using a very small amount to start (as in a quarter or a teaspoon) until you get used to the taste. Really like the Nutriseed one. Great value!”
