“I have just bought this item for the first time, so I will give it a month at least to give a updated review. However at this time I can say, it makes me feel relieved after reading all the natural ingredients it contains, so I know my body is nourished any happy without spending to much time through the day making sure I am getting my nutrients. I take one of these with some water in the mornings after my raw vegan smoothie!”
