“I purchased this product after receiving a Nutriseed email with a recipe for healthy, easy to make ice cream. I bought the product and made the ice cream. It is a good sugar substitute, only second to pure liquid stevia and moderate use of Agave nector and brown rice syrup. The ice cream was nice but with room for improvement (could be creamier. Perhaps cocunut milk?). I will happily try using Lucuma powder again in my modified recipe.”
