“Not for me. Far too sweet. Should have realised it would be. I know these are “good” sugars but I still don’t see how around 20g of sugar in each serving (100g for the day) can lead to your body going into ketosis which typically requires less than 50g of carbs per day? Also didn’t realise that there is a soup and juice option which would have been a far better option for someone like me who doesn’t have a sweet tooth. Do check out that alternative if you don’t either.”

“I have never done a cleanse before, after 5 days I lost a stone in weight, I was amazed not only with losing the weight I slept better I had more energy, I now only have small meals plus my walking I have now completed a week of eating normally and have not piled on the weight. I am away for Christmas and New Year and I would do the juices 2 days a week. Thank you Nutriseed”

“Excellent reset. Lost 3kgs and have managed to keep most off since going back to solid food. It’s a great way to reset your appetite and food consumption (if you’re trying to lose weight). My skin cleared up as well, and I had no bloat. Highly recommend!”

“The number 2 juices looked like sick when defrosted which was very unappetizing and the green juices had large pieces of unblended leaves in them. When I enquired whether I'd perhaps been sent a bad batch I was told that's how they should be. I was disappointed by that reply.”
