“I have done this several times. I SUBSTITUTE the wild beet one, got an extra number 2 lemon. I hate beetroot and Nutriseed are happy to substitute. High quality and yummy. It’s a tough call without cheating to be honest. Chew a te carrots and lots of water. I do cheat and have a black coffee in the morning. Bad I know.. but a small thing as this is hard core !”

“Excellent service and loved all the juices, number 1 is definitely my favourite so great way to start the day! I personally found the first day the hardest but it got a little easier after once I got used to not having my normal meals/snacks. Lost 7lb in total and my friend was so impressed she is now starting her juice cleanse, would recommend.”
