My main worry was that I’d end up starving and just find the whole thing really tough. I’d get hangry and just hate it. But other than later evening and maybe first thing in the morning, I was rarely hungry. This did affect my sleep a little bit but as I guess my body was just a little unsettled by lack of food. But as I was working and kept busy and the 5 days came and went pretty quickly. The juices taste good and go down really easy. It’s definitely something I’m going to do again

We are so happy with the product we have been trying to improve ourlives and at last we found the right project. It really works as my husband lost 5kg and I lost 3.2kg

After months of thinking about trying I finally jumped in and ordered my 5 day cleanse from Nutriseed- I had huge doubts as to whether I would manage the whole 5 days- but honestly the juices are amazing- just right- 5 lovely juices every day - day 1 was the hardest but I persevered- I feel amazing - people have commented on how good my skin looks and I have dropped 4kg- over 8 lbs- and I am finding now a few day later that I am sticking to a healthy diet- after going through the 5 days I have no intention of wasting that effort and going back to the bad habits. So - massive rise in my will power which is the most important thing when eating a healthy diet Thanks Nutriseed- I’ll be back

Hi Guys. First batch arrived completely defrosted. However, you were quick to send me more as I didn't want to start the juice diet straight away. I was prepared for the headaches but as I work in the health and fitness industry and am active I was not prepared for how sick and dizzy and low energy I had especially whilst working. So from day three added protein to the first juice of the day. The second tasted awful so I just binned that one anyway and found with protein I was able to continue to work. I also found that we had to have a small bowl of homemade vegetable soup too.For me these juices should be higher in calories or at least 1 of them with avocado or similar. By the end of the week using both the juices and homemade soups plus protein I did feel fabulous. I was using this as a kick start. As a company you may want to add more of a juice diet for active people making the juices say to 1,000 per day. The best tasting juices for me were 1, 4 and 5 - Hope this helps:)
