“I add these into my breakfast smoothie on occasion, to salads, soups and sometimes use them to make a healthy chocolate dessert as a treat. Of course, the unshelled seeds will have a higher nutritional value but I eat more hemp seeds this way. I like the brown paper bag-like packaging and find these to be good value for money.”
