“As it says on the tin: a lot of benefits contained in one food source in terms of amino's, fats and fibre. Organic which many suppliers aren't. Does not mix so well but not terrible and I'd rather consume a single food source than have an extensive ingredient list with extras put in just for taste. All in all a good product.”
