“I love Chia seeds, I’ve started having them as my plan on Slimming world as a health extra, on a night I weigh 35g into a wine glass, top up with water leave over night then in the morning I add a squeeze of a lemon & a dash of honey it’s surprisingly filling & im sure it’s helping with my weight loss”
