“We liked all the juices, some more than others but all were nice, I liked them when still a bit icey like a slushie, we both found it really hard, especially if on a day we had some exercise, did three full days, lost 7lbs”

“The juices and soups are all fresh tasting and good quality. Being frozen is brilliant for preserving all their goodness and reduces waste . Customer service is also brilliant, very good at getting back promptly if there should be a problem and services people have a lovely personal touch when dealing with you. I had a problem with an incorrect delivery and it was resolved very promptly and efficiently. The on line community support is fantastic and a real boost for morale as well as support information. Would highly recommend. PS feel great following the 5:2 way xx”
