“I really liked the concept of the juice cleanse, although it was a big expense for me I did find it worked. I surprised myself that I found the 3 day cleanse actually fairly easy and I felt great at the end of it. It made me very aware of how many times I actually just visit my kitchen and graze on snacks not even aware I am doing it. It did change my mindset and set me on a good path of eating better and raising my awareness. I also liked the fact I did not have to plan my days, or shop for them as it was already done for me. As a busy, working mum of three this worked perfectly for me, as finding time to plan and shop may just never of happened. Overall this cleanse plan has set me on a better path, it’s a good start to hopefully a bit of weight lose.”

“They all taste lovely, just as they are defrosting. They are refreshing and really curbed my appetite during the day. I lost 3lbs, but put them back on when I started eating normally. I will definitely be buying some more though. I have not been put off, with a bit more determination I feel confident that I will lose the extra lbs once and for all.”
