“Day 1 hardest for me as I got really bad headaches and hunger pangs in the evening. Hot water and herbal teas got me through it! Day 2 and 3-less hunger pangs and feeling lighter and more energised but very tired by the evening. Done some stretching and decorating but nothing too strenuous. Im on holiday as I don’t think would have the will power to do it at work. I have IBS and stomach is much flatter and I have lost 2kg. I did it to kickstart healthy eating and it definitely will as, at the moment, I don’t want to eat processed food. I like all the juices even the lemon one! I wish there were more vegetable ones as they do taste quite sweet. I have missed the chewing sensation and I did think the juices would be thicker. Delivery was excellent and only 4 stars as it is expensive for what it is.”

“On my Day 3 as a holistic life style practitioner and a eating psychology coach. I am bit skeptical about these type of things but this time I had less time to do my own juice fasting so I thought of doing this 3 days fast. I am feeling great on 3 day. First day was hard in evening with my clients and did two yoga classes. Headache and I vomitted too at night but slowly body was getting better. Today I am very energetic. Second day I slowed down plenty of rest and walks. I have lost 2 kgs in two days though weight loss was not my focus but i know the loss is of water retention , cough and toxin. Juices were yummy no complain and thanks for making it easier to do. There was lot of lesson to learn too when you slow down you realised you binge to address your emotions, you are bored or food is everywhere so your mind tricks you to eat. Juice fasting opens your body wisdom and knowledge.”

“I'm constructing this review as I was ushered with a 'pretty please', but the clincher was the promise of 'goji berries on top', from the dear folk on Nutriseed, whom I expect will be gathering the berries fresh from the tree, bush, or root they grow from to send me now. Good business deserve to receive more business. I'm genuinely really happy with Nutriseeds products. It'd be delightful if they could supplement my ability in absintance (im succeeding, its just chuffing hard, but since their job is in the juice, then I applaud them for jobs well done. They taste great (sincerely), they delivered them super fast to me (which was needed in my case. Next day delivery and they arrived for breakfast) They're compact enough to not hog your freezer space and I can actually notice differences in my skin, weight and coat (hair) in 4 days. Thank you Nutriseed, I raise my bottle to ya Ric”

“Great package. Very manageable to do with better quality and variety of juices each day compared to previous juice cleanses I have tried. I especially like the addition of ingredients such as (forms of) goji berries, spirulina and chia seeds.”
