“Does as expected, managed to lose a total of 4lb in 3 days. Weight will only stay off for a couple of days once you start eating again, but good for an event. First day I was a little hungry but by the end of 3 days you're used to it! Juices are a little sweet so take some getting used to, but good portion sizes”

“The juices were all very tasty except No. 2 which is a bit sharp on the tastebuds, but not unpleasant. I did suffer with constant headaches but that might have something to do with the amount of coffee I drink everyday. I have just finished the 3 Day Cleanse last night and appear to have lost 5lbs which I'm pleased with. I'm going to try to reduce the number of coffees I drink everyday going forward, and will ease myself back into healthy eating to hopefully keep the effects of the cleanse.”

“It was incredibly challenging and rewarding doing these three days. There were so many times my mind tried to sabotage the juices by dragging me around fast food places, but I didn't cave. Also I wasn't really hungry! By day three I felt strangely awake and full of energy. Everything looked brighter and clearer. So glad to have challenged myself in a powerful way. The flavours are all tasty and they arrived on time all frozen in a box. It would have been cool to have had a suggestion of when to drink them, but I figured that out on my own in the end. Thanks a million for the opportunity to overcome my crazy brain!”
