“Just completed the 3 day juice cleanse, which was fine. Didn’t feel hungry, performed low/impact workout on two of the days, only downside for me was that I didn’t enjoy the taste of most of the juices although no 2 was okay, that said I did lose approx. 6 lbs over the 3 days”
