“I was really impressed. I’ve never done a juice cleanse before but I found it easier than expected. I have a few chronic illnesses so I spend a lot of time in bed so I would recommend that in my opinion if you did the cleanse to maybe do it when you’re not working or massively active, or if you are maybe have a big salad in the evening?? Overall very impressed and am looking to it again soon.”
