“The flavours were more pleasant than I was expecting. I really liked the lemon one. Just found they didn’t fully defrost even when left overnight in the fridge and then left out to become closer to room temperature. Had to thoroughly shake them quite vigorously to get the clump of ice left in the middle to break down. Not good if you are in a rush and need to leave the house quickly in the morning. Did have to supplement with a light dinner or I don’t think I would have made it through the working day. So have lost a few pounds and has helped curb my appetite going forwards.”

“For me, this was really difficult to complete the 3 days. I did email twice for support and advice but did not find the response great or supportive. Juice 1 made me sick so put me off having a 3rd time. I decided on day 3 to have normal breakfast and eat sensibly that day and then I drank the remaining 4 juices on day 4. I felt good and lost weight but it was so difficult with little support. I am now more disciplined with my eating but would I do it again? NO and do I think I got value for the money spent for this discipline? NO”

“Did the 3 day cleanse, juices were really nice and filling. Juices were delivered quickly. They need more than 12 hours to defrost found them still frozen on the first day so took them out a full 24hrs before I needed them. During the cleanse I didn’t find I was too hungry but did suffer from headaches. Totally worth it as I lost 7lbs. Considering the 5:2 club!”

“I was positively surprised with the process. It was not as difficult to stick with the plan as I had expected and it helped me learn that I do not need as much calories on regular days as I would normaly eat. The juices are sweet, so I recommend drinking lots of water. Definitely the program you should give a try.”

“Didn’t know you had to Consume within 8 days so all went in the bin. Also bought the extra bottles by accident. So all in all a pretty negative experience.”
