It’s not hard to do, I have lost two pounds this week and it encourages me to eat well on my non juice days. Also having my own smoothie mix with the powder on my non juice days. “Did the standard juice cleanse, but the green flavours didn't really suit me and it was difficult to stick to. The soup cleanse suits my palate better and the two warm soups a day really helped me stick to the regimen. With both cleanses it really surprised me how I didn't really feel hungry, though it definitely helps to keep busy!”
