“I decided to try the 3 day juice cleanse as I'd struggled for a long time to kick some excess weight. I was nervous before starting as I'd not done something like this before. But I found that the juices interspersed with herbal tea kept me going easily throughout the day. The most difficult bit was kicking the habit of reaching for the biscuit jar rather than hunger. At the end of 3 days, I've kicked the excess weight and feel so much better. I will definitely be doing it again at some point when needed.”

“I was hoping the juices would be thicker or more ml at least , I couldn’t manage to not eat anything for 3 whole days on them as was not feeling able to function properly , so instead ate all the juices and had a green salad and bowl of homemade veg soup each night to keep me going, the juices all tasted ok, some were better than others but I felt great at the end of it .”

“I did a 3 day cleanse and really enjoyed it. The juices were tasty and filling and helped me to hit the reset button which is what I was looking to achieve. I will be looking to do this again in the future.”
