“Wasn’t sure how this was going to go as I love to snack. My reason for doing this was to get a fresh start with my diet as I’m getting married. I was surprised how easy it was to stick to. The flavour of the drinks are fantastic my favourite being clarity and wildfire. My skin looked amazing and I felt good and refreshed. Next to try the 3 day cleanse.”

“the juices are great easy to drink but I would have to say the 2 day option I still have to fully subscribe to. I have found that it is best not to be planning a lot of strenuous exercise the next day after the 'cleanse' process therefore I take the juices at intervals ie mostly for a lunch or a breakfast.”

“The 2 day juice cleanse was extremely harsh, I found myself with an excruciating headache, li had little or no energy initially, however things did settle. I personally think the calories need to be increased in at least one of juices”
