“Switched to this in baking. Ran out so went back to cane sugAr while waiting for delivery. What a horrible sugar high and crash. Coconut sugar is much better - easier to process, tastes better too.much better than refined sugar.”

“This is a much better ingredient than regular refined sugar. No sugar rush then crash, it's just natural. And it gives a nice colour to most baked goods too (it's caramel coloured)”
