“so for years have had a sweet tooth-I am a young 70 so I can do what like and its a bit late to change my ways-and for years I put a sugar substitute in my tea- after thirty years of using it - it seems to have been discontinued ,bit mad about this but got online and organic coconut sugar popped up and so this afternoon sat down for a cuppa and put a small teaspoonful in my cup and do you know what lovelies it is not that bad-infact much as I hate change I think it meets my desire for sweetness.I am certain I will get used to it and do ya know what its never too late to be a bit more health conscious”
