“I am thrilled with this mix - in the past I have mixed the two together and now I can buy them already mixed and crushed which will make it easier and quicker to get into the system. I mix them with bran flakes and fresh fruit and yogurt on top and it lasts until way past lunchtime. I am in my 5th year remission of Cancer and have found them so wonderful in maintaining my health. Just love them.”
