“All good. Good quality product. Have been using it for a week or so now. I bought it to nourish myself from a natural source after a prolonged anxious and stressful time. I was most likely very depleted and needed sth full of vitamin Bs and other nutrients to gently pick me up and nourish on a different level. I’m up and about now much more and feel happier. My skin is happier too now as it was affected by dermatitis due to anxiety. Happy to recommend. I started with one teaspoon soaked over night with honey. Now I’m eating 2 teaspoons.”

“I like to have overnight oats as a snack or breakfast some mornings. A good sprinkle of bee pollen gives it a great taste, a little sweetness, and it's good for me too. Brilliant!”
