“So far so good...I have been using baobab for approximately 3 months now and have found it to be quite beneficial as I’ve not suffered too heavily with colds or flu this year as I have in. the past. I use it in my porridge for breakfast It is slightly sharp so I add some honey too.”

“It was recommended as a superfood for smoothies by a nutritionist so I thought I would give it a go. Early days but it seems fine. Good packaging etc. Only time will tell if it is effective.”
