“Arrived quickly well packed. Started with one full teaspoon in milk at bedtime, which tasted too strong as I've never tasted it before so reduced it to half teaspoon in yoghourt with turmeric in the morning and the same in the evening. Feel the benefit already, more energy and more cheerful. I would recommend very highly.”

“Great communication from Nutriseed (this was my first order) they kept me well informed and my items arrived within a few days. I've only been taking the ashwagandha a few days so I haven't noticed a any difference yet, I bought it because of excellent reputation for stress I put a teaspoon in a smoothie each morning.”
