“I bought this powder to add to my daily Nutri Bullet routine which currently includes Apple, Beetroot, Celery, Ginger, Almonds, Walnuts. I like the fact this organic and high quality. Just make sure its no more than a flat teaspoon as it can change the taste of the smoothie. Early days but the stress busting effects of adding this Ashwagandha certainly sem to hit the spot.”
