“So far i am now on week 2 and i have lost 4 lbs and 5/8. i still have today to go and am hoping tomorrow the scales are even more positive. I didnt stuff my face on teh 5 days I could eat and have really enjoyed having 'non cooking days' which has actually allowed me to get on wiht lots more work. Feelign sharper and more focused and less boozy, full and knackered. Highly recomend.”

“After one week I have lost 1kg so a great start (I wasn’t overweight but wanted to slim down for a holiday). The products all taste good and not artificially created which I like. I found it tough but it’s only one day then two/three days off so worth the effort to get the results.”

“Really good so far, delivery was on time and all the juices I’ve tried so far have been delicious. I’m finding I’m now less hungry on my non-fasting days and not craving as much sugar. Fasting days aren’t as bad as I expected, the first day I was quite hungry but quickly got use to the deficit. I’ve lost almost 2kg so far coupled with Pilates and the gym”

“Did not like this at all. Made me feel sick with the taste of it. It’s fine if you enjoy the taste of grass. Also it’s a pain trying to cancel the subscription. You have to sit and wait for someone to connect to the live chat”
