“Really enjoying the Nutriseed approach to 5:2. Ive been managing the protocol much easier than having to plan meals myself so def worth it. Only issue in my view and reason for not 5 star is that it would be better if nututriseed was organic and not using so much plastic bottles. Otherwise, Id fully recommend.”
