“I'm afraid I didn't like the total supercool9 powder because of the stevia in it. Too sweet and aftertaste. Would have liked it without.”

“So far so good - the juices and have all arrived on time and in good condition. Too early to see if the weight loss is significant. I do wish you could mix and match your choices across the two weeks as otherwise you end up with lots of juices / soups you don’t like and can’t change.”

“After my first week of 5:2 I had lost a couple of pounds but after that initial kick-start it seemed to plateau and I even gained weight despite being pretty careful on my non-fast days too. I also felt very hungry on the fast days and am concerned at the lack of protein included in the plan. Afraid it just isn’t for me but I know it works for many.”
