Absolutely vile, so bitter, I read all the reviews which stated it tastes great, well its so bitter it makes me feel sick, can't even bring myself to drink anymore, I've tried it in Almond milk, coconut milk, cows milk nothing makes it more palatable, do not buy because like me you will buy into the good reviews and waste your money.

This is not a superfood at 41 cals per serving - but merely a supplement! It has good ingredients in it but the quantities per serving can not be classed as meal replacement and I doubt will make much difference in those small amounts.

I am really impressed at how fast it arrived. And yesterday was the end of my first week in and have lost 3lb. So very happy about that. Utes really tastes stuff which helps too.

I was a little worried when ordering as I took advantage of the special offers and ended up buying 9 bags of Superfood. With the idea of possibly having two shakes some days. I am so glad I did as these as the first health shake that I absolutely adore. So far I haven’t tried any of the recipes from the free booklet I received, I’ve just been making the basic one with almond milk, half a banana and some frozen fruit. Sometimes I have a large 1.5 times shake for lunch and it’s really filling and tasty - it still comes in at around 300 calories. It’s definitely worthwhile using either or frozen fruit as the cold element seems to thicken the shake. I love this Superfood mix and it’s good to know that I’m getting the additional extracts and vegetable powders too.
