“This is a proper meal replacement in a bottle. It is thick and creamy, and really fills me up - so it is perfect for a fasting day when I need to feel like I am not missing out on a meal. It doesn't taste too nutty or chocolatey - the balance is just right. It is a real treat when I need it.”
