“This is just super. Been using for several months now and this is why I ordered the 3 bags. At about 8 a.m.I have it with coconut milk, 1 small banana,1 desert spn mixed seeds, 1 tablespoon yoghurt fat free, no sugar, and one tablespoon frozen blueberries, all mixed in my liquidiser. This is my breakfast and I do not get hungry until around 1 pm. With Total Superfoods this smoothie is just FANTASTIC. It also works sprinkled over porridge or any cereals if you want a change from a liquid breakfast. Just Wonderful. Try it now..”

“This makes a tasty base for a shake, but it's ok on its own too, just mixed with almond milk . Also there are lots of nutritious ingredients which would be a lot to buy and try out individually”

“Excellent communication all throughout and loved the sense of humour in the emails. Delivery on time and great packaging which was all eco friendly. Tried the meal replacement blend this morning. Very good and kept me full until lunch time .. in fact, I was gardening and hadn't realised the time .. usually my tummy tells me when lunch time is! Lol. Will definately use again and hadn't realised how many other lovely goodies you have .. excited but nervous about my Bank balance!”
